Does OSAP provide additional loans for music students to buy instruments? I go to University of Guelph?

This is for Ontarians (Canada). Does anybody know if OSAP provides additional loans for music students to purchase instruments? I’m a Tuba player and I go to the University of Guelph.

   An instrument but guess you dont think they give extra money out you dont know until you dont know until you can apply for.
